Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on apparel and gear that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging. We prioritize the hygiene and safety of our community above all else.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached; for hygiene reasons, toys and opened undergarments are final sale.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in a plain, discreet box to maintain your privacy, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to confirm they meet our health standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
